The clinic is connected to the state dental care support system. The state dental care support consists of a general and special dental care subsidy, as well as high-cost protection. This exists as a safeguard against high expenses, to encourage preventive dental care, and to provide increased support for those at higher risk of poor dental health due to disability or illness. The dental care support is administered by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Your dentist or dental hygienist can inform you about which dental care qualifies for state support.

What Does My Treatment Cost?

Before we begin your treatment, you will receive a detailed overview of the costs. The cost estimate includes your current ATB (General Dental Subsidy) and high-cost protection. High-cost protection is activated when your expenses over twelve months exceed 3,000 SEK. The Swedish Social Insurance Agency bases its compensation on the annual reference price set by TLV. TLV decides which dental care, medications, and consumables are covered by high-cost protection in Sweden. A treatment may include several procedures, and these will be itemized on your receipt at the time of payment.

How Do You Pay at Gloss & Floss?
We offer flexible payment options, including Swish, payment cards, and invoice payment via Payzmart. A written cost estimate is always provided at the time of examination if further treatment is necessary. Please ask at the reception.
Installment Payment – Pay at Your Own Pace
For those who prefer to pay for dental care afterward, we offer a convenient installment payment solution. Avoid immediate payment during your dental visit and instead receive an invoice after your appointment. Please note that PayZmart is a payment service that requires credit approval. The invoice is sent via email, SMS, mail, or a combination, depending on the agreement between you and the provider at Gloss & Floss.
